I first heard of this guy after buying one of
his courses call “The ML’M Mastery Course”
and that’s exactly what it was for me.
And now . . .
Here I was, about to interview the guy on his
extensive 26 year track record of success,
which I’ll be exposing in a few . . .

The conversation we had was filled with some
of the best brain food I’ve gotten in a long
time, but . . .
In this short episode I don’t have time to go
over everything because I promised my
girlfriend Kim I would take here on a mid
day date to the movies, so I want to leave
you with one incredibly important insight
I’ll never forget from my talk.
Remember this: By Land, By Sea, By Air . . .
In other words, attack from all angles in your
follow up with your prospects for maximum
response. Here’s why . ..
As the stats go, it typically takes 7 to 12
interactions for your prospects to get to
know you and your company. Well, typically
people think of these interactions
sequentially as to mean . . .
“I’ve got to call my prospect X number of
times before I really get the result I want
or I’ve got to email them 12 times”
But, not really the case . . .
See 7 to 12 touches doesn’t mean over time.
It could mean simultaneously with the same
message, so one of the things Robert teaches
and preach as far as follow up goes, is to
make contact online, on the phone, and via
direct mail with the same message.
Why not get 3 touches in at the same time? In
fact, this approach is even more powerful and
efficient than spacing everything out.
Ohh . . .
Background on Robert - and as far as
experience, this is a guy who’s put 4000
people in a business in a few months, grown
several multimillion dollar downlines over
his 26 year career, and who’s earned
$12,000,000 growing one organization, so I’m
all ears. (And more than happy to share it
with you as a member of my inner circle here)
So maybe you understand what I’m saying, but
let me put it to you the way Robert made it
really hit home for me.
For the next week, check to see how many ad
type emails you get, check how many ads you
get in the mail, and check how many calls you
get . . .
You’ll see you get a TON more email than
anything else, and although I love emails,
you’ll quickly realize that if you just take
those two extra steps you step out of the
clutter and really start to make an impact
with your prospect.
(A lot easier to delete an email and not
read it than it is to throw away a postcard
without reading it.)

I was conducting the regular live weekly
power prospecting system basic training call
last night and while I discussing the details
of one of my favorite marketing techniques -
newsletter marketing & one bright student made
a comment that you need to hear.
She said . . .
“After doing newsletter marketing your way I
ended up doing it at a profit for the first
time, but I only made $10″
And she didn’t say it full of excitement, so
I stopped the call right there to explain
something incredibly important to everyone on
the line that I’m going to explain to you
right now.
The internet has many people hypnotized. Many
new marketers think that unless they make a
killing in ever advertising campaign they’re
doing something wrong when, in fact, they
could be creating huge success without even
knowing it.
Here’s what I mean.
In any business the most expensive portion is
the acquisition cost of a new customer. In
network marketing this correlates to the
acquisition cost of a recruit.
Many of the best marketers in the world will
actually go deep in the whole to acquire a
new customer because they know something that
the general public doesn’t.
If they can literally buy a customer and have
systems in place to convert a portion of
those customer into multiple purchase buyers
they will overcome the initial cost of
acquisition and still create great profit
margin.
For instance, a typical situation may be that
the company has a front end product that cost
$97, but on average it cost them $150 to get
each one of those $97 customers, so they are
actually paying $53 per customer on the front
end.
But they know on the backend over the course of
a year each new customer they create is worth
on average $300 so paying $53 to acquire a
customer is actually a smart move over time
because in the end they actually make $150
over time.
The key is having systems in place and
knowing how to do the math properly to know
what’s called the “life time value of a
customer”.
Many more multi million dollar business are
built this way than you know. The money
is not on the front end it’s extracted
over time.
In network marketing you would equate this
situation to the acquisition of a new
recruit.
The money you really earn, in most
situations, is not on the initial fast start
that’s paid out immediately, but in the
duplication of a subset of those you recruit
over the course of time.
Again systems are key to this process.
I say all this to say to you . . .
If you are making a profit on the initial
acquisition of a recruit or customer jump for
joy because if you just keep that system
rolling and a least breaking even you’ve got
a priceless vehicle for wealth that you may
not even be aware of.
It doesn’t matter if that income is $10 or
$100 or $0.01 on the front, if you’re in the
green you keep that sucker running as long as
you can and you will create a thriving
organization.
Where others go wrong both in business and
network marketing is not understand the power
of having a backend duplication or profit
system and simply try to survive on what they
make on the front end.
This is much more risky than losing money on
the front and having a reliable system for
backend conversions, but on the surface it
would appear the opposite.
Remember this.
Work just hard enough to break even on the
front end. Keep the recruits coming, and put
all you got into creating and using
duplicable systems on the back end and it’s
only a matter of time before you’re rolling
in the dough.

Although being a part of, and learning about
the home business industry has changed my
life, my bank account, and my mindset, there
is ONE thing that is flat out wrong about it
that you need to be aware of.
See . . .
This whole home business and earning an
income from home thing is NOT just about the
money, it’s about the lifestyle. Well,
earlier today I was speaking with a great guy
from UK by the name of Gary who asked me a
very timely question . . .
“How much time do you spend on your
business?”
I paused for a second, and told him that I
only spend about 45 minutes a day on the
active promotion of my business, but also I
was sure to let him know that that’s by
design NOT by how the model is set up.
You have to temper everything you do, NOT by
how much you wanna earn, but rather by how
you want to live, and for the most part this
goes untaught.
For the most part, all we’re taught is a
supposed duplicable system and nothing else.
Sure, we follow this system because we see
the financial ends at the end of struggle,
but no one stops to think about the lifestyle
they’re creating in the process
What’s taught is to always have your phone by
your side and always be there day and night
no matter what, like an on call doctor, to
recruit, to support, etc.
But what happens is, even when your
successful organization starts growing and
your income grows geometrically with it your
time shrinks in exact proportion.
All of a sudden you become a call center for
anything and everything without regards to
your or your well being. I know some very
very financially successful marketers who, if
I had to choose to switch places with I
wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pool
because it just ain’t worth it.
They have no time, their entire life is their
business, and dedicated as they are, it’s NOT
really the lifestyle business that’s
advertised. I personally hate this part
of the business more than anything else.
I went through it, but I don’t today by
design. The reason why I run things online
is because I didn’t want to call leads and I
didn’t want to be a successful slave to the
phone for the next 15 years.
A monetary success is not always the best
success. Choose the WAY you wanna live and
temper all the decisions regarding your
business with that vision in mind.
In the end, you may or may not have the
largest downline, but you can be assured
you’ll have what’s most important - the
lifestyle and the freedom to live as you wish
and that the real golden egg.
Create a lifestyle by design and build a
business to support it and not the other way
around.

What would you do with 121,416 leads? It’s a
good question to think about . . .
I don’t bring these types of number up too
often because for the person just getting
started 121,416 leads that know about you and
what you do seems a little bit out of the
realm of possibility.
But is it really?
I started this whole online thing some 3 year
and half years ago and the majority of my
lead generation has been done in the last
year and half, but there it sits - 121,416 leads
and counting have found me to date.
Just a guy that was once a bike courier and a
big time failure that had a little dream
about starting an online business in the home
business arena and got to work.
Now yesterday I told you about a little bit
behind what’s actually revealed in the Midas
Touch Insiders club:

I let the cat out of the bag a little by
telling you that even in your first week as a
member I’m going to be giving you 2000 of the
exact keywords I use to get traffic using pay
per click. I also told you that in your first
month you’d get a total of 16,000.
But really that’s just the beginning of the
story . . .
If I told you that all of leads came from
just that one stream of traffic I’d be lying
to you. In fact yesterday . . .
I had 481 leads find me, of that, only 59
came from pay per click. So the question is
where did all the rest of the guys find me?
Well it’s simple.
In every live training I do, and this is
exactly what you’ll hear from me when we
start our live webinar series next week, I
preach “One is the loneliest number.”
And if pay per click was I all I did to get
leads I’d be going against my own advice. But
let me tell you why it’s pretty good advice
and why I do what I preach.
What happens if one day Google ain’t there
and that’s all that you use to get leads?
But what if, on the other hand, you have 20 to
30 different places sending you leads
everyday and Google’s only one of them and
THEN Google goes under?
Well if that happened to me, yesterday, I’d have
only gotten 422 leads. It’s not 481, but I’d
survive.
If you want to really master the game of
traffic and lead generation you have to know
where to pull leads from all over the place,
so don’t get the idea that all that my new
little insiders club is limited to is Google,
because that would be way off.
See, here’s what you have to get about
traffic and leads. . .
When I spout of large numbers to you, it’s
not like I’m working any harder to get those
481 leads today than I worked to get 20 or 30
leads a day 2 years ago. In fact I probably
work less.
The only difference is today I know quite a
few more places to get the leads.
All I have to do is make sure I’m there and
the traffic and leads flow non stop. Now it
sound hype like I know, but it’s as true as
the day is long.
Sure we all get better with experience, but
what if you leapfrogged over all the testing
involved with knowing where to find 20 or 30
different places to get leads like clockwork?
I’d have been a lot farther than I am
now had I had someone just tell me WHERE
worked and I just went there. The time to
ramp up for big numbers is in testing and
finding new viable lead sources, not so much
in “getting better”, what if you didn’t have
to take the time to test or to bite the
bullet financially when a test doesn’t go
right?
What if someone just gave you where to go?
How many leads would you get per day?
That’s what the ad lab really is. It’s the
most potent shortcut to profitable lead
generation you will ever find out there. It’s
ONLY for the serious. It’s limited, but I’ll
say this . . .

isn’t slowing down his testing anytime soon.
If anything, I’m more aggressive and take
bigger risks.
Doesn’t it make a good deal of sense to hitch
yourself to a traffic and lead generation
wagon that ain’t doing nothing but picking up

That little nap I thought I was going to take
ended up being a full 8 hours, and as you
probably understand that threw my whole time
schedule off, so this morning I want to
explain to you the entire story behind why I
was working my nose to the grind stone.
It starts off like this. I simply got sick
and tired of all the product launches and
guys that say use my magical formula and
you’ll be instantly rich. I’ve been doing
this internet thing for a long time and I
know a lot of that stuff is nothing but hype
to get your money.
So I put my nose to the grindstone about two
months ago and asked myself “If I was
starting all over again, what resources would
I want to have at my disposal that I was
never afforded the opportunity to have?”
That question led to a new focus for what I
provide and how I provide it. See I don’t
believe that you should have to pay some guy
$1997 just to learn the secret. As much as
they would all like us to just fork over all
our cash, the plain and simple truth is after
you spend that money, next month there is the
knew “Great White Hype” (if you’ve seen the
movie you’d get the analogy.) and then the
next and the next.
The truth is, to make an honest start no matter
what the industry you need two things. A plan
from someone who’s been where you want to go

I’ve been asked a few times over the last
couple of months to really spell out how to
use the internet to grow a more traditional
network marketing organization, so today
let’s dig deep into that topic.
If you’re in a traditional network marketing
company today’s email is one you’ll want to both
take notes on and print out to refer to later.
The largest issues with using the internet to
grow a traditional network marketing
organization are two fold.
First, their online marketing presence and
savvy is zero to none so you as the marketer
have to pick up the slack.
Second, some traditional network marketing
companies have very strict regulation as to
how they will both let their representative
represent them and market their business.
What this leads to is a situation where
you’re paralyzed from taking the right actions
because you have a slight or maybe larger
than slight fear if you bulk up on your
online promotions and your company finds out
they will terminate you.
Well, let me say this before we begin . . .
I personally would NOT back myself into this
situation because if I’m going to give a
company all that I got, I need to know that
they trust me enough to let me build and
market the way I see fit (of course within
limits.)
I see nothing wrong with using the internet
to grow your business no matter what it may
be, it offers many benefits that hunting down
people in the business section of your local
book store doesn’t. I would personally
consider changing companies if it was me, but
let’s discuss this situation as it lies.
Many older and more traditional companies
have a problem with being misrepresented
because they see this a real liability for
the long term vitality of their company and
brand names which I can understand, but who
says you have to say anything about the
company or the brand to use the internet?
The secret is to take your company out of the
picture completely when using the internet.
Why?
Well the reasons above, but on a deeper level
what really matters is the relationship you
establish with your future business partners,
and bringing up your biz isn’t necessary to
attract and enroll strong potential prospect
candidates for your team.
In your marketing funnel, which at a very
basic level should comprise of an
autoreponder and a lead capture page, what you
do in your online promotion is speak nothing
to your company and speak ONLY in the realm
of “creating a lifestyle of your prospects
choosing.”
The angle you take is up to you. It could be
money focused or lifestyle focused as far as
your message goes, but this message must be
stated loud and clear.
So instead of screaming your company’s name
in all of your marketing in the hope of
having your prospect find their way into your
downline you need to take a more strategic
approach.
Separate your business into compartments -
and you should have at least three.
1. Lead generation systems
2. Lead relationship systems
3. Lead conversion systems
In the lead generation portion of this

Next in this portion of the process comes
your lead capture process, which in the least,
should be a lead capture page, with a
headline that speaks to “lifestyle and plan
to get it” and a few supporting bullet
points.
Then of course the opt in.
Continue to test your headline and bullet
points until it matches what your market
wants and you’ll know this by your increase
in traffic to lead conversion.
The next system is the relationship building
system - the truth is the more you do the
better, so think past just email, think to
group calls and webinars, print media and
beyond.
Most important here is the consistent
transferal of value from you to prospect. Get
this right and recruiting is easy as pie.
Third, and this is where we have to be
somewhat strategic, is the actual recruiting
process. If you’re in a traditional network
marketing company most likely they won’t like
it if you’re doing heavy email promotions or
things of that nature straight to their site,
so the safest path is recruiting one to one.
Pull from your prospect database that you’ve
spoken nothing to about your business by
giving them opportunities to contact you by
leaving your email address as a call to
action in your marketing or your phone
number.
This way, what you’re doing is nothing more
than “quasi” generic lead generation, and I
say “quasi” because the leads aren’t generic,
they know you very well, they just don’t know
your company.
From there filter the best of the bunch, the
cream of the crop, and recruit them one at a
time.
If you follow this method you should not be
breaking any traditional network marketing
company rules. You’ve implicated them in
nothing and at the same time you’ve created a
golden funnel straight to you. And you’re
actually doing this recruiting thing the
best possible way.
If your company has a problem with you
networking, because really at this level
that’s all this is, by using the internet, I
strongly suggest you think about finding a
new company.
Otherwise recruit away. Be the star. Get the
big checks. Wake up when you want. Vacation
across the globe.
