Today is Q&A day, and this question came in
from Jeff recently, he didn’t leave a last
name so Jeff, this ones for you!

“What is the most effective method to recruit
on line and off?”

The most effective way to recruit online or
off is simple. Let’s think back to those home
meetings and hotel meeting that you may have
attended in the past. What did you notice
about them?

There was a group of people sitting and
listening in to one person present the
opportunity right? That’s the key. You
recruit in mass. Create a group and then
present the opportunity to them.

Now back years ago this had to be done in
person, but today it’s much easier. You can
literally do it all through email in an
extremely short amount of time. The complete

Let me step back and explain a few things.

When people talk about the internet and email
marketing the first thing they want to ask is
“How big is your list?” See, they understand
leverage, but they miss a point. It’s not
about the size of the list, it’s about how
many people on the list know and trust you,
so within every list there is a subset of
people who are your true audience. Those are
the people you’re speaking to.

The stronger you foster the relationship with
your audience the easier recruiting will be.
And that’s why this formula is unparralled in

If you master this skill it does NOT matter
what business you’re in, or if it’s 15 years
from now it will still work like crazy.
People get hung up on the idea that their
business is different. No it’s not! The same
principles apply no matter what.

The thing is, even if your business does not
have a fantastic marketing system just take the
situation into your own hands. Either create
your own marketing system, or you can
literally have people ring your phone of the
hook by giving them the invitation to. How?
In your email communications with your
audience leave your phone number for them to
call you and watch what happens.

The truth is if you do take recruiting into
your own hands, first you use email to foster
the initial relationship and then you give
them the opportunity to speak with you in
person you’ll literally slam dunk more people
into your business than you can handle. Trust

The next question that comes up is “If I’m
recruiting in person what do I do?” Well if
you’ve leverage the internet to create a
worldwide audience that now knows and trusts
you you’ll more than double the number of
people you recruit in this way as well. To

But this all starts with traffic. First you
have to learn how to get a lead. If you can
get one you can get thousands. And so you need to
have what’s called a lead capture page set up
so that you can filter your prospects into

Once you’ve got leads rolling in, the ball is
in your court. You now have the leverage to
speak to a large audience so do it! Start

a skill I haven’t let out of the bag yet in a
big way, but will, because if you master this
you can fine tune it to a point where you can
literally recruit 20% or more of how ever
many people you have on the line in a single
call. You has 30 people on the call you
recruit 6. You have 300 you recruit 60 in one
fell swoop.
