What a classic, engaging story!

There is so much that one can take from it.

Maybe a little off the topic, but this relates in some bizarre way...

Brian Tracy talks about anything worth doing is worth experiencing some discomfort with initially.

Nothing good happens until one can really push the boundaries and break the present comfort zone.

I like your point about people trying to help.
I remember when I first started...
Everyone needed to give me their opinion about whether my business would work or not.

Then when you are new... there seems to be an endless amount of ways to work your business. Sometimes there are even company leaders that take 2 complete opposing views to what works.

Nothing will work for you - unless you listen to your inner self.
If your inner self tells it doesn't feel right doing things the way they are telling you.
Either come up with your own way... or look to someone that has made it with a system that works for you!

At least thats how I look at it...

See you at the TOP!

Great point about ignoring "advice" from old timers and experts. The true measure of what you should listen to, like you said, is results. Keep testing and trying new angles to see if you get better results. Even if your results are not what you want, you have something to start with and measure off of.
